Hey everyone! I’m Fred Rechid. You may remember me as the comedic relief in Spongebob after fracturing my leg repeatedly, but I actually lead a fairly eventful life. Family is very important to me, (though not to my bitch wife, Monica Mable, who divorced me in ‘04). I have two fantastic sons, Tommy and Monroe.
